That usually means your name, email address, brand name and website, and your message. If you tell me more on a call or by email, I keep that too. Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Substack: your email address is held by Substack under its own privacy policy, and I can see my subscriber list.
I also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you view and how long you stay. My website host (Framer) and Google Analytics collect this.
